RESUMEN:

El método para la presente indagación, fue exploratorio y documentalista, en razón a que comprende las estrategias y procedimientos empleados para la  búsqueda y recuperación de las fuentes de información relevantes y pertinentes al tema general Salud Pública, hasta llegar al tema específico Dar a conocer los tipos de campañas realizados en Colombia sobre la sífilis congénita.. Método que sirvió para bordar y enfocar el problema, para proceder a recopilar la información en fuentes primarias, secundarias y terciarias, analizarla y presentarla. Igualmente en torno a la problemática de estudio, se indagaron en catálogos electrónicos de las unidades de información, portales y sitios web.

Respecto a la consulta en bases de datos bibliográficas especializadas en el tema, se consultaron las siguientes: Medline Plus, SCIELO, DIALNET, BUDA, Pub Med, E-libro, Biblioteca Virtual en Salud.

La estrategia utilizada para la recolección de las fuentes de información, fue al seleccionar el tema y plantear el problema se buscó maximizar la validez y confiabilidad de la información y reducir los errores para lograr que la información fuera confiable, consistente y coherente frente a la información recolectada.

El esquema general o marco estratégico que le dio  unidad, coherencia, secuencia y sentido práctico a todas las actividades que se emprendieron para buscar respuesta al problema y objetivos planteados, se definió desde la etapa de identificación del tema a indagar, visión jerárquica de los temas y formulación del problema, partiendo del problema potencial ¿Cómo actúa la Salud Pública en Colombia frente a la problemática de la Sífilis Congénita?

SUMMARY:

The method applied for the present investigation was exploratory and documentary, because it encompasses the strategies and procedures used for the search and retrieval of relevant information sources about the overall theme of Public Health, reaching the specific topic of Introduce the types of campaigns conducted in Colombia on Congenital Syphilis.

The strategy used for the collection of information sources, was to select the topic and raise the specific topic sought to maximize the validity and reliability of information and reduce error of the investigation to ensure that the information is reliable, consistent and coherent response to the information collected.

This method was used to approach the problem, in order to proceed to gather information on primary, secondary and tertiary references, analyze it and present it. Equally, around the specific topic and the sub topics, all the information was investigated in is specialized web places and in different bliographys with different types of document, about that important elements that used to help to the investigation. An example of that are the specialized bibliographic databases, where the following were consulted: Medline Plus, SCIELO, DIALNET, BUDA, Pub Med, E-libro, Biblioteca Virtual en Salud.

The general plan or strategic framework that gave coherence, sequence and practicality to all activities undertaken to find answer to the problem and objectives, defined from the topic identification stage to investigate and the hierarchical view of the topics, based on the potential problems, which is How the Public Health in Colombia acts in front of the Congenital Syphilis Problematic?
